Roberta's murder has left her 4yr old Son to grow up without his Mother in his life, who apparently witnessed the slaying

Roberta was hacked to death with a machete by her husband, Jonathan Lindberg, 28. He then committed suicide by jumping into the path of a bus.

Jonathan had a history of violent behavior and had been court ordered to stay away from his wife and son for most of last year. Roberta reported that he had beaten, hit, choked and threatened her.

She was seeking an end to the relationship and had recently filed for divorce.
