A Female Victim was strangled by her 49-year-old ex-boyfriend in a house in Chester Springs.

According to reports, the victim was house-sitting when the perpetrator showed up. He admitted to police that he was angry the victim had ended the relationship, so he killed her.

The perpetrator had a history of violence against women, especially once they ended the relationships. In 2006, he broke into the home of a former girlfriend after driving his car through a fence on her property. In 2005, while going through a divorce, he threatened to kill his estranged wife. Both women obtained Protection From Abuse orders against the perpetrator after the incidents.

Police apprehended the perpetrator at the house and found the victim unresponsive. The perpetrator was arrested and charged with homicide.
