Jamie's murder has left 3 young children to grow up without their Mother in their lives

Joseph Montiel, 43, was apprehended and is facing additional charges of kidnapping, tampering of a witness, and the concealment of a dead body.

Montiel’s wife, Jamie, went missing on August 17.  She was last seen being released from the Yavapai County Detention Center.

Treakle had called her boyfriend to pick her up from the detention center, but when he arrived she was nowhere to be found.   Treakle’s body was found near the truck.

Authorities would subsequently classify Treakle’s death as a homicide.
