The murder of this Female Victim has left 2 young children to grow up without their Mother in their lives
A Female Victim and mother of two was shot by her 31-year-old ex-husband, a police chief, outside of the hospital where she was employed in Mount Carmel. The gun used to kill the victim was issued to the perpetrator by the police department.
Several hours later, the perpetrator was caught trying to cross the border into Canada and charged with homicide.
According to reports, the victim and perpetrator were in an on-going custody dispute.
