Female Victim, 80

Attacked: June 2, 2007
A Female Victim and Mother of two was beaten to death by her 82-year-old husband in Brookhaven. The incident occurred on June 2. She was taken to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries more than two months later.
According to reports, the victim was in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease and would often become combative and violent toward the perpetrator.
The perpetrator told his son he would “Match her slaps, blow for blow.”
He was charged with homicide.
