August 24, 2002

Lesley was strangled by her husband, Jason Michael Cunningham.

He told police he had found Lesley dead in their home after returning from a business trip. Almost two weeks later, Cunningham was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police believe he killed his wife, then took his own life.
