Maria's murder has left her 2 children to continue on without their Mother in their lives

Julio Cesar Velasco, 59, waited outside his estranged wife's workplace until she drove into the parking lot. He shot Maria multiple times as she sat in the driver's seat of her car.

Julio then turned the gun on himself committing suicide.
