A Female Victim, paraplegic and mother of one, was fatally shot by her 40-year-old ex-boyfriend in her home. The perpetrator also shot and killed her 40-year-old current boyfriend. He then returned to his own residence and committed suicide. The victim’s daughter was staying with relatives at the time.

The woman was granted a Protection From Abuse order on July 23.
