Died: February 15, 2009

Phyllis and her mother were attacked by her boyfriend, Gettus "Leroy" Mintz on February 9th. He fled the scene as was arrested on the 11th.

Originally charged with attempted murder, he now faces a murder charge as Tucker died from her injuries.
