Valery's murder has left her child to grow up without their Mother in their life

John Hett, 49, fatally shot his wife Valery at 2 pm, then called police and confessed. The police were informed by other family members that Hett had a number of weapons and did not intend to be taken alive.

After a standoff lasting over five hours involving SWAT and the bomb squad, officers entered the home and found Hett and his wife Valery dead.
