Kathleen's murder has left her child to continue on without their Mother in their life

Kathleen, a sergeant with the Department of Corrections, and her husband, John Martin, were arguing when he claims he accidentally discharged a weapon he was packing for a vacation.

The report stated that alcohol was a factor.
