Patricia's murder has left her 2 small children to grow up without their Mother in their lives

An anonymous caller reported hearing gunshots from Patricia's home, prompting a police response. Moments later, Patricia's boyfriend Steve Diaz, Jr., 20, called police to report that Patricia had shot herself in the arm.

Patricia was found with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police reported that Garcia and Diaz had been fighting before the shooting.
