Misty's murder has left her young daughter to grow up without her Mother in her life

One of Misty's neighbors and daughter were spending a quiet evening at home when they heard Misty and her husband, Tristan J. Lamoreaux, 19, arguing. They heard Misty scream and then shots erupted. Misty died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head.

Lamoreaux is charged with First-degree Felony Murder, possession of a firearm by a restricted person, a Third-degree Felony and fleeing from police, a class A misdemeanor, in connection with the shooting of his wife, Misty.
