Jennifer's murder has left her 3 Children to continue on without their Mother in their lives

Jennifer's body was found in a pool of blood in her Cottonwood Heights duplex after a man in Maryland called police when he received an e-mail from his friend, Dennis Wayne Lambdin, 60, saying he had just stabbed his wife.

Jennifer had been brutally beaten and stabbed in an act of rage. Lambdin punched Jennifer in the face several times and then stabbed her multiple times with a kitchen knife, cutting his own hands in the process. He then hit her head with a heavy glass snow globe until she stopped moving.

Police had been called to their duplex a couple of times during the past two weeks. Jennifer had just arrived from work at 6:30 a.m. before the argument started. She worked two jobs in order to help support the family.

Lambdin was booked for murder and held on a one million dollar bail. First Degree Murder charges have been filed in the Third District Court against Lambdin. A court hearing has been set for December 15, 2009 and a trial has not yet been scheduled.
