Matthew's murder has left his 4 young Children, ages 18mo, 3, 5 and 6, without their Father in their lives
On October 20, Betsy Marie Hanks, shot her partner, Matthew, once in the head while he was in bed.
Matthew died on October 21 at a Twin Cities hospital without every regaining consciousness.
Hanks is charged with second degree intentional murder.
