Ashford's murder has left her Daughter to grow up without her Mother in her life

Anthony Turner, 30, beat his girlfriend Ashford for 30 minutes before her death. School personnel received a call, heard the attack and called 911.

Authorities previously placed Turner on probation for assaulting Ashford.

Authorities convicted Turner of Ashford’s murder.
