Bilha's, Kinley & Ivyn's murders has left the surviving child without a Mother or siblings in their lives

When authorities went to a home in Vadnais Heights to do a welfare check, they found the bodies of Bilha and two of her children, nine-year old Ivyn and twelve-year old Kinley.

Later that same day, they arrested the husband and father, Justus Kebabe. They found him along Interstate 35 with his youngest child, a three-year old.

Kebabe has confessed to killing his wife by hitting her with a golf club and strangling her with an electrical wire and killing two of his children by drugging them and drowning his son in the bathtub and smothering his daughter with a pillow.

In December 2008, Kebabe was charged with fifth-degree domestic violence, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was required to get domestic violence counseling at that time.

For the October murders, Kebabe pled guilty to three counts of second degree murder and was sentenced to 25 ½ years for each murder.
