Date Died: August 26, 2009

Kathleen died on month after being severely beaten and raped by her boyfriend, Monte Ayres, 47.

Ayres had 14 prior criminal charges as well as histories with addiction and mental illness.

Ayres was charged with murder, aggravated assault and rape, and was sentenced to 80 years in prison for Kathleen's death.
