Claudia's murder has left behind her 2yr old baby to grow up without their Mother in their life

Claudia was fatally stabbed by her common-law Husband, Juan Alejandro Silva Capulin.

The couple’s two year-old child was in the home at the time of the fatal assault.

Capulin plead guilty to the charge of voluntary manslaughter and received a 30-year sentence.
