Angela had dated Anthony Lewis, 51, five to ten years ago. She broke up with him, but he followed her to California, then to Phoenix, and then to Tucson.
On Sept 22, 2008, he attacked her outside her home. He doused her with gasoline and set her on fire. She ran to a neighbor's house, who assisted her.
Lewis was captured a month later when he attempted to enter Canada.
Hudson suffered severe burns and died in a Phoenix-area burn center five months after the attack.
