Maria's murder has left behind her Son without his Mother
Maria’s body was discovered by her son after he forced his way into her home when no one answered the door. The body of her husband Enrique Gonzales, 47, was also found.
The sheriff’s department reported Enrique strangled Maria and then killed himself.
A family member said the couple had problems in the past.
