Josephine's murder has left behind her 5 Children, ages 3-13, to grow up without their Mother
Josephine was stabbed to death by her husband, Damon Gonzales, 30. According to police, they found her body in her car with several stab wounds.
Damon confessed to stabbing his wife and was charged with her death.
