The murder of this victim has left behind four children to grow up without their Mother in their lives
A Female Victim and mother of four was shot outside her Philadelphia home by her 54 year-old male neighbor, an ex-boyfriend, whom she had dated 17 years earlier.
According to reports, the perpetrator had a romantic interest in the victim, but she did not want a relationship with the man.
Witnesses report that the two were arguing when the victim hit the perpetrator with a beer bottle; he then shot her. The perpetrator then fled the scene.
The perpetrator was later apprehended and charged with homicide.
