Female Victim, 51

A Female Victim was shot by her 33-year-old son in Hollidaysburg.
According to reports, the victim and her husband were arguing and the perpetrator feared for his mother’s safety. Allegedly, the perpetrator retrieved a gun and it accidentally discharged, striking the victim in the head.
The perpetrator pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison.
