A Female Victim was shot by her 51-year-old estranged husband in their Cherry Valley home. He also shot her 49-year-old boyfriend.
The perpetrator reportedly told police that he didn't regret killing the victims because his wife told him she planned on divorcing him and selling the 140-acre family farm.
A jury convicted him of third-degree murder for killing his wife and voluntary manslaughter for killing her boyfriend.
