Ella's murder has left her Daughter without her Mother in her life
Ella’s body was found by the side of a road near Chireno. Police believe her husband, Vertice Oliphant, killed her.
According to authorities, an altercation took place in a vehicle before it pulled over and Ella exited.
Ella’s daughter said she became concerned about her mother when she did not hear from her.
