Phoenix PD was called by her mom's boyfriend, 23, for baby girl not breathing. It is believed that nearly 5 hours passed before the 911 call was called. ER doctor believes she had been dead for some time.
ER found the baby suffered a blow to the head, causing multiple areas of hemorrhaging in the brain.
