A Female Victim and
mother of one was shot and killed by her 46-year-old boyfriend, the father of
her child, in their Fox Chase apartment.
He then committed suicide.
Police were notified
by the victim's concerned co-workers that she had not shown up for work in two
days. When they arrived at the house, it
was apparent that both the victim and perpetrator were dead for some time.
The couple's
3-year-old daughter was home at the time of the shooting and later placed with
her maternal grandmother.
