Virginia was shot and killed at her workplace when her boyfriend, James Cavazos, 31, forced her out of her work area and into the parking lot at gunpoint. He shot her and then drove her to a hospital with police in pursuit.
Virginia died at a hospital as a result of her injuries.
Cavazos was charged with her death.
