Rocio's murder has left behind her 3 Children to grow up without their Mother in their lives
Police report Rocio was stabbed to death by her estranged husband, Avelino Martinez Alvarado, 31.
After killing her, Avelino disappeared with the couple's four-year-old son. He is believed to have fled to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
