Dania was shot and killed by her boyfriend after she called police to report a domestic disturbance.
According to police, Pablo Torres, 26, grabbed Rodriguez while she was calling 9-1-1 from a neighbor’s house, brought her to his home and fatally shot her, before killing himself. Dania died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
