Ana and Gonzalez had been divorced for about a year, but continued living together.
The day of the murder-suicide, Martin Rios Gonzalez, 45, was supposed to move out of the home. The two had been arguing; family members heard gunshots and called 911.
Their 4-year old grandson was in the home at the time, along with their daughter-in-law and her sister.
