Javier de la Rosa, Jr., 16, stabbed his ex-girlfriend Tiffany to death. Tiffany, a senior in high school, had recently broken up with de la Rosa.
The police arrested him shortly after authorities found Tiffany’s body in the park and charged de la Rosa with capital murder.
