Kimberly's murder has left her 4yr old Son to grow up without his Mother in his life
Three men have each been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the stabbing death of Kimberly. They are Justin P. Welch, 26; Darren M. Wold, 41; and Jack E. Johnson, 65.
A status conference is scheduled for each defendant on September 10, 2010.
Darren Wold is Kimberly Smith’s former boyfriend and the father of their four-year-old son. They reportedly had been involved in a protracted custody action.
Their son was present in the home, but apparently did not witness the murder.
