Shereen was shot to death at her home by her estranged husband, Robert S. Beaulieu, 61, who died a few hours later from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, after returning to his apartment.
The couple had been separated for several years and had filed a joint petition for divorce three weeks prior to the homicide.
