Derrick was stabbed to death by his girlfriend, Scarlett Adams.
Adams was arrested for Manuel's death; there were prior domestic violence charges between Adams and Manuel and there was a no-contact order in place.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s office reviewed the case and declined to file charges against Adams.
