Latrice was strangled and beaten with a lead pipe by Joseph Coleman during an argument; Coleman reportedly wanted her to move out of the house.
After Coleman killed Latrice, he put her in the crawlspace of the home and weeks later (Oct 14,15) he placed her body in a garbage dumpster where she was discovered by police.
Coleman pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
