Amy was shot and murdered at her Mother's house by her estranged husband, Paul 'Byron' Nose, 42, then held a 12-hour standoff with police before fatally shooting himself.
Amy had filed for divorce and a protective order a couple of months prior to the homicide, and had filed an intimidation charge in the week prior.
